HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Well! Would you look at that! 2022 has already arrived!
I’m honestly quite shocked! Time moves so quickly these days, it’s stunning! So much has happened in the last year, and I’m so glad I was able to do several of the things I set out to do last year around this time.
I hope you all had an incredible Christmas, a great 2021 overall, and are excited for the year up ahead!

Something I love doing every year around this time is looking back on the year that we’ve just left behind, evaluating where I’m at, and setting some fresh goals for the upcoming year. It’s not exactly like a New Year’s resolution–just something to come back to when you need to be reminded of what you set out to do this year.
Here are a handful of the things that happened last year:
Perhaps the biggest thing: I joined the Author Conservatory!
I was officially published on another website: a poem on Story Embers.
I hit 1,000 subscribers on my animation YouTube channel.
I planned and drafted the first project for the Author Conservatory!
Not to mention all of the fun adventures I had with friends, my youth group, and my family! I’ve made a lot of good memories in the last year, and I’m so grateful for that!

With some cool reflections in the rearview mirror, here are a few goals I have for the upcoming year!
Write one (or two) more projects for the Author Conservatory’s first year/do well in the program.
Figure out better time management/prioritize things I’ve neglected like reading, drawing, etc.
Up my Bible studying/memorization (like, a lot!)
And there we go! Not all of my goals, but a few of them!
I truly can’t wait to step into this new year with drive and purpose, and I really hope you’ll join me! Do you have any awesome goals you want to achieve, big or small? Any cool highlights of 2021 you’d like to share? Drop them in the comments below, I’d love to chat with you!
That’s all for this week! Happy New Year once again, and I’ll see you around!
Thanks,
