Pond: a summer haiku + two more

Hello hello, my friends! Summer is well upon us, and today I want to share with you three summer-themed haikus that I wrote a little while ago!

I hope you enjoy! 😀

Pond

Still, untouched water.

A green duck swoops down to land.

Bright ripples now gleam.

Resting

Under summer’s sun,

a squirrel basks in the rays,

warm, content, resting.

Wandering

I walk through some trees

alone, a smile on my lips.

Happy wandering.

And there they are! I hope you liked them! Which one was your favorite? Have you tried writing haikus? Let me know in the comments!

That’s it for today. Have an amazing rest of your day!

Until later,
