Merry Christmas! (a little late)

Merry Christmas!!! Hurray!! Or…oh…never mind. Christmas is over. Oh well.

Merry late Christmas!!

Honestly, I didn’t really know what to write for the last post of the year, so I thought I’d just wish you all a late merry Christmas and hope you all had a great one.

This year hasn’t been the best thing of all time. Isolated from friends, not being able to do what you normally do throughout the year. A lot of weird and difficult restrictions. And that’s not to mention the forest fires, and many other things that have been going on.

I’m sure all of you have missed out on something this year, or dealt with sadness of some kind through these hard times.

However, there has been silver lining throughout the year. A lot of great, special memories have occurred even if it wasn’t planned. Perhaps you got to spend more time with your family, playing board games or just sitting around and talking. Maybe you had more time to finally get to that hobby you wanted to start, or work out more.

Even though this year seems pretty miserable, I think we can all agree that there were good things that happened through out it, and we can be thankful for those things. Perhaps next year will be better. But even if its not, let’s step into it with joyful hearts and face whatever comes next. In the end, God is in control of whatever happens, and we can trust in him.

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

That’s all I had for this week. I hope you all had a great Christmas and a happy New Year! 2021 is coming. See you on the other side. 🙂

  1. Merry (late) Christmas, Caleb! XD It’s true though, this year was unusual and quite unpredictable. However, this is all apart of God’s plan. We don’t know why, but that’s why we can trust Him; He perfectly planned this all out. Praise, God that we can lean on Him through these difficult times! 2021 might be better, or could be like this year, but nonetheless, we can go into it with God by our side. Happy almost New Year!
