Failure hurts.
You attempt something, and you don’t successfully complete what you tried. But I just want to say–that’s okay.
Failure is one more step to success. You tried, you didn’t complete what you tried, which means you can now learn from your failure and try again.
Here’s a quick secret (which isn’t actually even a secret).
You only fail when you stop trying.

Its true! Continuous failure is not complete failure. Its simply getting you closer to success.
So when you fail, don’t immediately think that you lost. Don’t feel discouraged. It’s a step in the right direction. Its an opportunity to learn and to improve. All you need to do is change your perspective on failure, and you will be able to embrace it!
That’s all I wanted to say this week. I hope it was helpful and encouraging. Embrace failure. Learn from it. Never give up.
Until later,

I love this, Caleb! I’ve got to say that I am one who dislikes failing, well, at least in my eyes. I am a total perfectionist, so it almost makes anything that I try a little more difficult. XD However, I still try to press on, despite my fear! I enjoy being ambitious and trying new things, like experimenting with short stories. That has been a lot of fun! And you never truly know what you can do until you try!

Thank you so much! Yeah, I don’t like failure either! But I agree! You have to try, fail, and try again to get somewhere! 😀
