The Twenty Questions Book Tag

Hey everyone! Coralie tagged me to answer the Twenty Questions Book Tag! Thanks, Coralie!! I’m really excited to do this one because it looks like there are a lot of fun questions!

So, here we go!

1. How many books are too many in a series?

NEVER!!! As long as it’s a good series! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Okay, in all seriousness, I’d just say once the stories were getting repetitive, boring, and not very good, you need to stop before that. If it is an amazing series and the author can just keep writing good books, I’d keep reading them. ๐Ÿ˜›

2. How do you feel about cliff hangers?

Like at the endings of books?

I like them as long as there is another book. ๐Ÿ˜€

Now, if they did it on the ending of every single book in a series, that would get pretty dumb. But if they ended a few books in the series now and then as cliffhangers but with hope for the future and the promise of another book, I don’t mind it!

3. Hardback or paperback?

Paperback, just because I like the feel of them in my hands, but hardcover is nice too.

4. Favorite book?

The Hobbit, by J. R. R. Tolkien.

5. Least favorite book?

I honestly have no idea. There are a lot of books I don’t like.

6. Love triangles, yes or no?

Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaghhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrr…I don’t know…only if the author does it really well. They can get pretty stupid and repetitive in my opinion.

7. The most recent book you couldnโ€™t finish?

Hmm…I can’t remember. I usually finish books, just to…finish them. ๐Ÿ˜›

8. A book youโ€™re currently reading?

As I write this, I’m reading Book 8 in the Ranger’s Apprentice Series: The Kings of Clonmel. I loooooovvvvvvvvvve Ranger’s Apprentice!!

9. Last book you recommended to someone?

Ranger’s Apprentice. To my sister. ๐Ÿ˜‰

10. Oldest book youโ€™ve read? (publication date)

Wow I have no idea!

11. Newest book youโ€™ve read? (publication date)

Hmm…I think it might be Bitter Winter: Ilyon Chronicles Book 5, which was released late 2018.

12.  Favorite author?

13. Buying books or borrowing?

Buying all the way!!! I don’t really like borrowing books.

14. A book you dislike that everyone seems to love?

I honestly have no idea.

15. Bookmarks or dog-ears?

My answer: Bookmarks. ๐Ÿ˜€

16. A book you can always reread?

THE HOBBIT!!!! And The Ruins of Gorlan (Ranger’s Apprentice Book 1).

17. Can you read while listening to music?

I’ve not really tried it, but I wouldn’t because I don’t like sound distractions while reading.

18. One POV or multiple POVs?

Depends on the book, but if not confusing, I like multiple.

19. Do you read a book in one sitting or over multiple days?

Is it a 40 page book or a 1,000 page book? ๐Ÿ˜›

Depends on the book. Usually it takes multiple days.

20. Who do you tag?

Hmm…I tag
